INTRODUCTION TO CHEESE MAKING
Farmers have been making cheese in their homes for thousands of years. This course will introduce you to the art of making cheese and show you how it is easy to do in your own kitchens at home. Together, we will make and eat our own mozzarella and ricotta, and demonstrate the additional elements needed to make haloumi and feta.

Nothing beats the taste of homemade jam, chutney or the like. This course will introduce you to the art of making sauces and preserves at home. Using seasonal and local produce, you’ll come away with a different recipe each week.
