KOREAN KI SPORTS

Korean Ki-Sports is a Korean version of Qi-gong (chi-gong), which uses the breath, physical movements and sound techniques to move chi around your body to improve circulation. We know that a good flow of circulation around the body increases health benefits such as: increased physical strength, flexibility, energy, concentration, and spiritual clarity. Ki-Sports is is used as a spiritual practice to understand and develop the physical body and mind.

We increasingly lead busy and stressful lives. Come along and treat yourself to the deliciousness of a yoga class. Learn classical techniques in order to stop the chatter in the mind, stretch the kinks out of the body and relax.

YOGA – HATHA STYLE

Our tutors teach the Hatha style yoga. Hatha Yoga is based on asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).
These classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate.
Please bring along a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing.
