YOGA – HATHA STYLE
Tuesdays 6.30pm – 8.00pm, 8 weeks
Wednesdays 6.30pm – 8.00pm, 8 weeks
Our tutor teaches the Hatha style yoga. Hatha Yoga is based on asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).
These classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate.
Please bring along a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing.
