We increasingly lead busy and stressful lives. Come along and treat yourself to the deliciousness of a yoga class. Learn classical techniques in order to stop the chatter in the mind, stretch the kinks out of the body and relax.
Develop and integrate your practice into your every-day life, and learn how to ‘be here now.’
YOGA – HATHA STYLE
Tuesdays 6.30pm – 8.00pm, 8 weeks
Wednesdays 6.30pm – 8.00pm, 8 weeks
Our tutors teach the Hatha style yoga. Hatha Yoga is based on asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).
These classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate.
Please bring along a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing.
