Have fun while getting fit in this low-impact exercise class. Non-swimmers are welcome. Deep water available. Solar heated pool. Please bring along a water noodle and water bottle.
Tuesday Feb 5, 7.00pm – 8.00pm, 4 weeks
Pilates is for everyone and it gets results. This class is influenced by traditional Pilates approaches, with a little yoga thrown in the mix. All fitness levels are welcome. This class addresses postural alignment, maintenance and injury rehabilitation, whilst working on suppleness and strength.
Bring along a mat and towel.
Monday Feb 4, 6.30pm – 8.00pm, 8 weeks
We increasingly lead busy and stressful lives. Come along and treat yourself to the deliciousness of a yoga class. Learn classical techniques in order to stop the chatter in the mind, stretch the kinks out of the body and relax.
Develop and integrate your practice into your every-day life, and learn how to ‘be here now.’
YOGA – HATHA STYLE

Wednesday Feb 6, 6.30pm – 8.00pm, 8 weeks
Our tutors teach the Hatha style yoga. Hatha Yoga is based on asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).
These classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate.
Please bring along a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing.
